Terms of Service

Ultimate World Network (UWN) is an organization that raises funds online for various community projects. This Donations/Refund Policy is applicable to all individuals making online donations to UWN. As the donation process is conducted online without our direct assistance, we kindly request that you carefully provide accurate information and ensure the correct amount is submitted, as rectifying any errors requires significant administrative time. In summary:

Purchasing:
When purchasing a membership, please communicate your intended purchase to one of our Sales Team Members via direct message (DM). Once you have made the payment, please send them a screenshot of the successful payment, and your membership perks will be promptly granted.

PayPal:
For UWN donations, we require proof of payment. This entails providing the Founder with a screenshot of the transaction verifying that the requested membership amount has been sent. In the event that a provided screenshot is found to be forged or edited, the individual responsible will be banned for engaging in fraudulent activities.

Currency:
All donations must be made in full USD (United States Dollars). We do not accept CAD (Canadian Dollars) or any other currency. If you make a payment in CAD, you will be requested to pay the outstanding balance in USD.

Allocation of Donations:
All donations are directly reinvested into the server to enhance its quality and provide an improved user experience.

Refunds:
Please note that UWN does not accept refund requests. If we discover that you have initiated a refund for a membership purchase through PayPal, your membership will be revoked, and you will face a ban for attempted scamming.

Duplication:
Sharing your donation screenshot with others in an attempt to secure a free membership is strictly prohibited. If you are caught engaging in such activities, appropriate penalties will be imposed, including but not limited to kick, ban, and blacklist.

Partnerships:
UWN does not form partnerships with servers that violate the Terms of Service (TOS) of Discord or any game. We uphold high ethical standards and expect our partners to do the same.
